Birmingham dance groups will be taking to the stage at Town Hall, Victoria Square on Sunday 7 March, for sampads Asian Spring, featuring the very best in home-grown talent and youth dance groups, as sampad celebrates its 20th anniversary of supporting Asian arts.
The showcase will feature traditional Kathak, Bharatanatyam and Punjabi folk dance alongside Bollywood, contemporary and hip hop groups, with performers including Atreyee Dance Group, Bengali Association Midlands; Bollywood Dreams Dance; Bollywood Academy; Chitraleka Dance Company; Diverse Dance Company; Hina Dancers; Ram Mandir; Giddha Sansaar; Sonia Sabris Kathakaars; Subhash Gorania and Jyoti Parwana and Sublime hip hop group.
